Founded in 2022, H4H: Heart for Heroes is committed to serving veterans and military families across Georgia and the Southeast. Our organization was established to address the growing need for assistance for those veterans facing challenges as they transition back to civilian life.
We partner with other Veterans organizations to ensure those who have served our country have the resources they need to thrive. Our goal is to educate and engage the public while empowering veterans by connecting them with needed services.
At Heart for Heroes, our mission is simple - to make Georgia and the Southeast a better place for veterans through education, volunteerism, and civic engagement. We strive to improve the lives of veterans and their families by raising funds, providing essential self-care items, and connecting with them through events around the state.
Heart For Heroes has partnered with The Eden Project, whose primary emphasis is on Engaging, Empowering, and Encouraging veterans throughout the state of Georgia, serving more than 170,000 veterans just within a 30-mile radius of Fayette County. The Eden Project is a 501 (c) 3, veteran run – veteran organization. The transition from a military to a civilian career can be a difficult journey, but it doesn’t have to be. It is made even more difficult if the warrior has experienced physical and/or emotional trauma, long or multiple deployments away from their family, or both.
